JOHN "BONZO" BONHAM

This day in music twenty-nine years ago today, Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham died from a drinking binge. He was only 32 years old. His death left Led Zeppelin in question until December when the band announced they would continue no longer continue as Led Zeppelin.
Rest in peace, Bonzo. Your passing has been the excuse for Led Zeppelin not reuniting for a reunion tour. You must be that good. Maybe even the best.
